LONDON, 9th March 2021.
Following on from Smarter Click’s recent news on its rebrand and expansion into the US & APAC markets with brand intent.ly, today sees the announcement of Flavio Tulino as incoming chief technical officer.
Replacing outgoing CTO and co-founder Joe Gilmore, who left the business towards the end of 2020, sees Tulino heading up the technical department where he will work to deliver an improved product suite that complements already existing technology and the recent expansion into additional markets.
Tulino brings a wealth of development experience to the growing technical team, working for a number of startups-turned-enterprise solutions alongside more established e-commerce offerings. Tulino joins Smarter Click following almost five years at JRNI and was previously in charge of more than 25 people in a cross functional team of developers, testers and product managers who managed to provide a flexible, adaptable and stable booking system to well-known retailers and banks around the globe.
Ennis Al-Saiegh, CEO, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Flavio to the team. The continued growth of the business and expansion over the past couple of years has produced the need for us to invest further in order to support our technical team and output.”
“I’m very happy to have Flavio on board as our new CTO – which will allow me to be able to focus my efforts on our longer term company vision whilst we continue to drive incremental revenue for our retail partners, through innovative tech products and solutions.”
